Tarangire National Park

After breakfast (around 7:30 AM), your safari guide will arrive at the hotel and notify the receptionist that he is waiting for you. Once you meet your driver, you’ll set off for Tarangire National Park, and by around 10:00 AM, your first safari experience will begin! This park offers the chance to spot a wide variety of Tanzanian wildlife — including lions, buffalos, giraffes, zebras, and more. Tarangire is especially renowned for its large population of elephants, which tend to gather near the Tarangire River, their primary water source. Keep in mind that this is untamed nature — while no specific sightings can be guaranteed, your guide will do their absolute best to help you find the animals you’re most eager to see. Guides stay in contact with each other via radio to share updates and increase the chances of locating rarer species. At midday, you’ll enjoy a picnic-style lunch, after which your adventure in the park will continue. By evening, you’ll head back to your lodge for overnight rest. Important Safari Guidelines: Please respect national park rules and the guidance of your safari team, especially as this is your first day in the bush. Exiting the vehicle is only permitted in specially designated areas — violating this rule may lead to heavy fines or even loss of the company’s operating license. Off-road driving is strictly forbidden, as it can harm the delicate natural environment. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only — please dispose of cigarette butts carefully to prevent fires. We kindly ask that you avoid placing your feet on the car seats or sitting on the seat backs, as this causes damage and makes the vehicles harder to maintain. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your safari!

Lake Manyara

After an early breakfast, you’ll head out for a day of exploration at Lake Manyara National Park. This lush park is fed by underground water streams, creating a vibrant ecosystem that supports a wide variety of wildlife. It’s especially well known for its birdlife — including flocks of pink flamingos, hornbills, storks, and pelicans — as well as forest-dwelling animals such as monkeys, elephants, and tree-climbing lions. Around midday, you’ll stop at the scenic Maji Moto hot springs, where you’ll enjoy a packed lunch provided by your driver. After this refreshing break, your safari continues through the diverse habitats of the park. By evening, you’ll be transferred to your lodge or hotel to rest and relax after the day’s adventures.

DAY 4

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

This day begins early to take advantage of the morning hours, when many animals are most active. Breakfast will be packed in lunchboxes to allow for an early start, and by 6:30 AM you’ll set off for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Within about an hour, you’ll descend into the crater for a full morning of wildlife viewing. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most iconic natural attractions in Africa, often referred to as a "Garden of Eden" for its dense population of wildlife. It boasts the highest density of animal species in Africa per square kilometer, and you may encounter elephants, buffaloes, lions, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and possibly even the elusive black rhino. Feline species such as caracals and servals also inhabit the crater, though they are more rarely seen. At midday, you will stop beside the crater lake for lunch. Your guide will provide lunchboxes so you can dine while surrounded by breathtaking views. In the afternoon, your journey continues with a transfer toward Serengeti National Park. On the way, you will stop at the Grzimek Memorial, dedicated to Dr. Bernhard Grzimek and his son Michael — the pioneering German conservationists whose efforts helped ensure the survival of Tanzania’s northern national parks. Their story is told in the famous book Serengeti Shall Not Die, a classic of wildlife conservation literature. By evening, you’ll arrive at your lodge or tented camp located in the heart of the Serengeti, where you can relax and prepare for the days of exploration ahead.

DAY 5

Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, you will set off for a full day of safari in the eastern and southern regions of Serengeti National Park. These areas are characterized by vast open savannas that stretch to the horizon — the perfect setting to witness the drama of the African wilderness unfold. The open plains here increase your chances of spotting cheetahs, especially during their high-speed hunts of antelope and gazelle. Your guide will also help track down other iconic animals such as lions, hyenas, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. By late afternoon, you will return to the lodge or tented camp. Dinner will be served, and you’ll have the evening to relax and reflect on the day’s adventures.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will start the safari by being transferred to the central part of the Serengeti (also called Seronera). Here your driver will try to find the animals you're the most interested in. Closer to lunch time you will visit the Serengeti Visitor Centre, where you will be offered a lunchbox and provided with lots of interesting information not only about the animals’ populations, but also about the history of the National Park. Also, in this area you will be able to see hyraxes, which are the elephant's closest relatives. It is difficult to describe in detail all the animals of the Serengeti valley, for they number in the thousands: elephants, buffalo, ostriches, giraffes, jackals, hyenas, lions, antelopes, leopards and cheetahs—just keep your eyes peeled and enjoy the nature around you. By the evening you will be transferred to the northern part of the Serengeti and then to your hotel.
