Arusha National Park

After breakfast (around 7:30 AM), your safari guide will arrive at your hotel and notify the front desk that he is ready to meet you. Once you've connected with your driver-guide, you'll head out toward Arusha National Park. By approximately 10:00 AM, your first safari experience will begin! After completing registration at the park gate, you'll set out on a guided 1.5-hour nature walk to the Tululusia Waterfall. As you walk, keep an eye out for wildlife such as buffalo, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and monkeys — all of which inhabit this lush landscape. After a short rest at the waterfall, you'll return to your vehicle and continue exploring the park on a classic game drive. You'll enjoy lunch at a designated picnic site within the park before heading back out for more wildlife viewing. In the late afternoon, you'll be driven to your hotel for an overnight stay. Important Notes: Since this is your first safari day, we kindly ask that you pay close attention to the park rules and our guidelines: Do not exit the vehicle unless in clearly marked areas. Breaking this rule can result in significant penalties for our company, including the risk of losing our safari license. Off-road driving is strictly prohibited, as it can seriously harm the delicate environment. Smoking is permitted, but please ensure cigarette butts are fully extinguished and properly disposed of to prevent wildfires. Please avoid placing your feet on the seats or sitting on the seat backs in the safari vehicle — this helps us keep the cars in good condition for all our guests.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

To make the most of the day, it’s ideal to depart the hotel as early as possible, since many animals are most active in the cool morning hours. For your convenience, breakfast will be packed in lunchboxes. At around 6:30 AM, you'll begin your journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, reaching the crater floor in just about an hour. Ngorongoro is one of Tanzania’s most iconic and biodiverse parks, home to the highest concentration of wildlife species per square kilometer. During your game drive, you’ll have opportunities to spot elephants, buffalo, lions, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and even elusive wildcats like servals and caracals. If luck is on your side, you might catch a glimpse of a rare black rhino — a true highlight, as their population continues to dwindle. Around midday, you’ll stop by the crater lake for a scenic lunch break with your packed meal, before continuing your afternoon game drive. As the day winds down, you’ll head back to your hotel in Arusha for the evening.
